Vaaka Partners Divests Majority Ownership in Jungle Juice Bar to NoHo Partners

Vaaka Partners has divested its majority ownership in Jungle Juice Bar.

The new majority owner is publicly-listed NoHo Partners, while the company’s founders, Noora and Petteri Fagerström, will continue as minority shareholders.

During Vaaka Partners’ ownership, Jungle Juice Bar more than doubled its revenues, expanded its footprint, and strengthened its brand in the Finnish market.

This progress has been driven by the dedicated efforts of the company’s management and personnel, whom we warmly thank for their commitment and contribution.
