Vaaka promotes two investment professionals
Max Enhörning has been promoted to Investment Director, and Rasmus Romppanen has been promoted to Investment Manager.
Max is based in Stockholm and joined Vaaka Partners in January 2025 with experience in private equity gained since 2017. He has consistently demonstrated excellent skills and high-quality work. Max has worked actively with management teams and new investment opportunities in Sweden, and is also part of Medbase’s company team, supporting their growth journey.

Rasmus is based in Helsinki and joined the team in October 2023. As part of the Lyyti company team, he supported the company’s development and value-creation efforts, and his contribution was invaluable in achieving a successful exit. Rasmus is currently supporting Staria‘s management in its international growth.
