Open position: Fund Admin Specialist

As a Fund Admin Specialist, you will play a key role in providing administrative, operational, and project support to ensure timely and high-quality fund administration processes and reporting. Your solution-oriented way of working, attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills will be essential in succeeding in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data
  • Quarterly and other reporting to investors
  • Reporting to authorities (e.g. Tax, FIN-FSA, Bank of Finland)
  • ESG reporting and compliance
  • Funds’ capital call and distribution processes
  • Responding to investors' queries
  • Accounting and audit coordination
  • Developing fund admin processes

About you: We expect you to have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Very good organizational skills, capability of taking initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach in getting things done.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to identify, interpret and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role or one requiring a similar skill set, e.g., as a controller, reporting specialist or in a PMO
  • Flexibility to adapt to ad hoc tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in Finnish and English, Swedish is considered a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, and preferably advanced-level skills in Excel.
  • Experience in using and possibly also administering a CRM system.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
