Emma Salmela

I joined Vaaka Partners in 2020. Before starting at Vaaka, I worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, gaining experience especially from the organizational topics, such as culture and talent management. I hold a M.Sc. degree in Finance from Aalto University.

I am currently supporting Bolt.Works in its growth. In addition, I have been part of our company team for AINS Group and have had the honor of accelerating two SaaS companies – Cloudpermit and EnerKey – on their journey to market leaders of their fields before our exit.

In my work, I enjoy the strong commitment to Vaaka companies. We strive for growth and seek for solutions together in both success and challenges.
