Emma Salmela

I joined Vaaka Partners in 2020. Before starting at Vaaka, I worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, gaining experience especially from the organizational topics, such as culture and talent management. I hold a M.Sc. degree in Finance from Aalto University.

During my time at Vaaka, I have supported Bolt.Works, AINS Group and Cloudpermit in their growth. I was also part of our team for EnerKey, which grew as one of the leading Nordic energy and sustainability management software before our exit in 2021.

In my work, I enjoy the strong commitment to Vaaka companies. We strive for growth and seek for solutions together in both success and challenges.
