Nordic sports facility market leader Unisport acquires Jäämestarit
“Our customers have increasingly showed the need for one-stop-shop service. By combining the resources and the strong sports facility construction knowledge of Jäämestarit with Unisport’s one-stop-shop concept, our customers have the opportunity to make contracts on a turnkey basis”, says Pekka Elo, Country Manager of Unisport Finland.
“Now we will be able to bring major benefits to our customers by providing more comprehensive contracts with all the products, solutions and services that are needed in sports facilities. Moreover, our installation and maintenance professionals are geographically distributed efficiently and, in addition to a wider and stronger overall service offering, we are closer to the customer”, continues Elo.
Jäämestarit is a strong player in the Finnish market and has almost 30 years of experience. The company expanded into a specialist in sports construction in the early 2000s, whereupon the company has been a pioneer in developing solutions that are suitable for Finland’s demanding conditions.
