Tietokeskus acquires SystemaStore and expands to Oulu region
The evolution of ICT infrastructure market favours focused providers. Tietokeskus is focused on serving mid-sized companies and the public sector in an agile manner, and now this offering will be available also in Northern Finland.
Tietokeskus has acquired SystemaStore Oy in Oulu.
Tietokeskus has been growing at a fast pace over the past few years and in 2017, the company’s net sales will exceed EUR 60 million. With its customer-responsive approach, Tietokeskus challenges other service providers in the ICT-infrastructure industry. Vaaka Partners’ became the majority owner of Tietokeskus in October 2016, to help the company continue the rapid growth plan.

The seller of SystemaStore Oy was the former sole owner Partnera Oy.
